A: Normally any one that can be used rectally or under the arm pit. Babies wont like the themometer in their chops, and highly doubt they'd sit with it in their mouth long enough to get an accurate reading.

I found enchanting my son’s temperature with the ear thermometer was easier than the thermometer that you put under their armpit, mostly because the ear thermometer took the temperature in less than 10 seconds. The ear thermometer shouldn’t sting her, it is too big to fit intense into the ear, so if she will not retain still hanker enough for the axillary temp then use the ear one. I would still urge getting an ear thermometer....
